The software SPIonExcel, used for fast and easy calculations of the ecological footprins of processes and products, is found here. For basic information about the Sustainable Process Index and the model upon which SPIonExcel is based on, click on "The Sustainable Process Index". The software, as well as a handbook and additional databases can be found under "Downloads". The publications section contains a list of papers and book chapters dealing with the topic SPI and SPIonExcel. For discussion and questions please use the forum or contact the developers. NEWS Students of our institute have used the SPI to compare different foods. They have programmed an MS Excel sheet to present their results. This MS Excel sheet (language in German) can be obtained in the download section.
